Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is for the student to describe exactly what EBP change will be implemented as part of their proposed DNP project.

Preparing the Assignment
Provide full elaboration here to explain exactly what EBP change you will implement as part of your proposed DNP project. Do not leave any questions left unanswered and provide your reader with key details so they will understand the intervention and supporting evidence. Include a minimum of 3 scholarly citations to support the intervention in this section. Remember you are not conducting original research but are implementing an intervention supported by research to change practice and patient outcomes. The evidence-based intervention should not be modified as this is a form of research.

- Plan for implementation identified and discussed. The reader should be able to implement your intervention without any questions left unanswered.
