Preparing the Assignment
The student will ask their preceptor to evaluate their progress on the Final Preceptor Evaluation, located in the Student Resource Center under “Project and Practicum Resources.” The preceptor will complete and sign by Week 8 of the session. The student will sign the form and comment as appropriate, then submit to the Week 8 assignment folder. This assignment has no points assigned but is required.
