Alastair Duncan and Clare Stradling Andy is a 48-year-old Caucasian male living in an urban area in the United Kingdom. Andy was referred by the consultant, and attends the dietetic outpatient clinic today.

He goes clubbing 3–4 times monthly and takes recreational drugs (usually crystal meth, mephedrone, or speed) at this time. He goes to the pub on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and admits to getting drunk sometimes. He says he is lonely but not depressed
